How we work

Our approach is fairly simple: Do whatever is in the best interest of the client, and refuse to do anything that is contrary to that principle.

We consider ourselves your personal concierge through the whole construction process. One way we achieve this is by not taking on more than we can handle at any time. This allows us to be there for you timely by responding quickly and providing your project full-time supervision.

  • We take a team approach in working with you, the design team, lenders and any other team members involved on your behalf.

  • We provide constant communications throughout the construction build, keeping you and team members fully informed.

  • We provide design review and budgeting services to ensure you keep within a working budget.

  • We work with carefully selected subcontractors to provide the specific skills and materials needed for each project.

Considering how complicated and time consuming a project like this can be to a homeowner, excellent communication by all involved allowed all issues that arose as part of the normal construction process to be handled efficiently.

I was very pleased with the transparency throughout the project that allowed me to actively participate in building my dream home. Incredible use of computer technology and basic communication via phone/person.

As designers, we totally appreciated that Coastal Craftsmen’s Project Superintendent was very attentive to details and easy to reach during all phases of the construction. Also, they use a software program to communicate and keep everyone in the loop! We greatly look forward to working with them again!
